Current product status
Altehra is in pre-alpha and is not authorized to receive production protected health information. Development and testing must use synthetic data.
Information collected
The public site may receive contact details submitted voluntarily. The future EHR will process information only under customer instructions, an applicable services agreement, and a Business Associate Agreement where required.
Use and disclosure
Information is used to operate, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. Altehra will not sell protected health information. Subprocessors may receive only the information necessary to provide contracted services and must be approved before PHI use.
Security and retention
Access controls, audit records, encryption, retention, backup, deletion, and incident-response requirements are documented in Altehra's release controls. Final retention periods will follow customer agreements and applicable law.
Individual rights
Requests concerning medical records should be directed to the treating clinic, which controls the record. General privacy questions may be submitted through the contact page.
