Terms of use
Pre-alpha draft — counsel approval and customer contract terms are required before production launch.
Pre-alpha access
Current access is for evaluation with synthetic data only. The service must not be used as the legal medical record, for clinical decision-making, or for live claim submission until Altehra issues written production authorization.
Authorized users
Users must protect their credentials, use only assigned accounts, follow role and minimum-necessary access rules, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Clinical and billing responsibility
Qualified clinicians and authorized billing personnel remain responsible for reviewing documentation, codes, claims, payer instructions, AI-assisted drafts, and external submissions before approval.
Prohibited use
Users may not introduce real PHI during pre-alpha, bypass access controls, probe another tenant, upload malicious content, or use the service in violation of law or contract.
Production agreements
Production use will require an executed services agreement, applicable BAA, support terms, security responsibilities, and an approved go-live record. Those signed agreements will control over this public draft.
